All orders are shipped with CTT (within Portugal) and CTT’s partner Tourline Express (in Spain). Delivery hours take place between 9am and 7pm on working days. We usually recommend that you use your work address to make sure the packageis received and collected on first attempt. If you are not available to collect the package on first attempt, either CTT (in Portugal) or Tourline Express (Spain) will leave a notification letter in your mail box for you to pick up the package in the nearest CTT or Tourline Express Store (address will clearly appear on the notification).

After your order is processed and shipped you will be receiving a confirmation e-mail with a tracking number so you can follow the package throughout the process at: www.cttexpresso.pt.
